There are so many, but i would have to pick the one that is closest to my life and one that i see in the fashion/clothing business everyday...Eating Disorders: Anorexia, bulimia, and body images. I would want to start an organization that not only generated awareness for the general masses, but also provide treatment centers all over the world to help this affected group. There are very few treatment centers and transitional housing and even less support groups. I would to create an organization that take an approach similar to PETA with its AD campaigns and alliances with influential people.
